Rachel Ross

Rachel Ross joined the team at CRA in Fall 2024 and is excited to be part of the school community! Rachel is originally from Lexington, KY, which is also where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Kentucky. Rachel completed her Master’s degree in Education and her 3-6 American Montessori Society credential from Xavier University in 2018. Rachel has continued teaching in early childhood Montessori classrooms since then and believes in providing children with opportunities to engage in purposeful and meaningful work and exploration in the classroom, community, and natural world. In her spare time Rachel enjoys hiking, bike rides, cooking, and tending to her houseplants.
