Infant & Toddler Assistant Training
Winter/Spring 2025 Cohort
This course supports assistants currently working in classrooms and aspiring Montessori assistants.
Our assistant’s course spans three months and begins January 28, 2025. As the adult learner moves through the course, with their cohort, they will gain knowledge of children development and learn how the Montessori method supports the youngest child from birth to 3. Learners will also participate in self-reflection and the preparation of the adult, learning that the adult serves as the important link in a Montessori infant and toddler environment.
Adult learners can work at their own pace while moving through bi-weekly modules with their cohort. The added benefit of Zoom lectures with our Infant & Toddler Teacher Education Program Instructional Team at Crescent Ridge Academy sets our assistant’s training apart from other programs. Live lectures provide adult learners with opportunities for collaboration, connection, and real-time discussion with peers and instructors.
